The Michael Aymar Foundation’s “NASHDO” scholarship gives emergency assistance to a middle school student, enrolled in a Catholic school, whose family is affected by a catastrophic family event such as illness, death, or job loss. The qualified students are those who demonstrate a “desire to aspire” regardless of grade point average.
